How does it work?
We deliver cakes around most of Perth subrubs, delivery or pick-up option will be avaliable for you to choose at Checkout!
Where do you deliver to?
Drizzled delivers to majority of Perth suburbs including Perth metropolitan and surrounding suburbs!
What are your delivery times?
We deliver cakes every single day including weekends and we start delivering cakes from 10am till 3pm. As we are a small team behind Drizzled we aim to deliver cakes before 3pm so we can get our orders ready for the next day! If you have a specific time of delivery please mention in order comment box at checkout. We will try our best to deliver close the time you required although we won't make any promises.
What if nobody is home to accept the cake delivery?
We always message prior to delivery to ensure you or someone is at home to receive the delivery, if we have not heard from you, we will still deliver your cake at the provided time but if someone is sitll not there to receive the delivery we will call/message and leave your product wherever you would like on your premises of with a neighbour!
We do highly recommend that you or someone must be home to receive the delivery, as cakes are fragile and we don't want you to receive a damaged product caused by weather conditions or atmosphere.
If you know that someone won't be home, we are happy to deliver the cake else where, such as school, workplace etc. Please choose a different delivery address at checkout!
I need a cake tomorrow can I get it?
Yes, our next day delivery option is avaliable only if you have placed the order prior to 3pm the day before! As each order is baked specifically to you we don't keep cakes stored for sale. Each peice is baked fresh on order!
Are your cakes Halal?
Yes, our cakes are Halal and does not contain alcohol. We are a muslim family owned business and so we will always ensure that our products are halal and child friendly!
Can you customise or alter the flavours/decoration listed on your website?
Unfortunately not. We are unable to make any amendments or customisations to the product range that is listed on the website, although in some of our product range you do have vareity of flavours and sizes to choose from.
If you are after customised cake please don't hesitate to contact us. We do bake custom cakes but we need atleast 2 week ahead notice!
Is there a pick-up option?
Yes, you can always choose pick-up option at check out, we will further contact you to set the time of pick-up.
The pick-up is from Cockburn central.
Do you have a store front?
No, unfortunately at the moment we don't. However, we do have a registered kitchen based in Cockburn Central and we always bake according to order!
We don't store cakes for just sale, each order is made just for you!
Do you have a cash on delivery option?
Yes, we have a cash on delivery option and many other option to pay for your cake!
Can you write on cakes?
Yes, writing on cakes is free of charge, please mention the written details on order comment!
