4 weeks - £100
8 weeks - £185
12 weeks - £250




Are there any essentials I need to buy before I start?


  • A measuring tape that measures in inches
  • A reliable set of scales that measures in kilograms
Access to gym equipment is helpful but not essential.




How do the weekly check-ins work?


You will be sent an online form to complete every week that inlcludes weight, measurements, progress pictures.




Do I need to take progress pictures?


Pictures are not mandatory but are strongly recommended. Without pictures it makes it very difficult to assess posture and problem areas. Therefore you may not be prescribed the best exercises for you. They are also a massive motivational tool when looking back at your former self. Progress pictures are strictly confidential and will never be shared with anyone other than your coach without your permission.

Anyone who is ready to make a change. No matter your previous fitness experience, from beginner to long-term fitness fanatic, all programs are tailored made based on your consultation form.




Do I need to join a gym?


No. You'll be asked if you'd like your plan to be home-based, gym-based or a combination during your online consultation form.
